About the Founder.

Farzana Nayani is the founder of culturnative.com and an established practitioner in Intercultural Communication, Diversity Training, Program Design, and Online Learning. Having trained and facilitated groups from both the private and non-profit sector, Farzana’s broad experience serves clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to public agencies, and includes particular expertise on Asian-Pacific communities. 

Farzana has published original research on cross-cultural training methods, and is a frequently invited guest speaker on topics related to race, diversity, and cultural awareness. She was a consultant to the Smithsonian Institution for online curriculum development and incorporates technology targeted to an organization's learning and marketing needs. 
She is currently based in Los Angeles, CA and completed a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Communication and Management at the East-West Center in Honolulu, HI.
